REFUND POLICY - Training Bundle Refunds: Training bundles are eligible for a full refund within 90 days of purchase, provided no included classes have been attended. If one or more classes are attended during the first 90 days, the value of those completed classes will be deducted, and any refund will apply only to the remaining unused classes in the bundle.From 91 through 120 days after purchase, eligible unused classes are refundable at 50% of their remaining value. From 121 through 179 days after purchase, eligible unused classes are refundable at 25% of their remaining value. Beginning 180 days after purchase, training bundles are no longer eligible for a monetary refund.Training bundle credits do not expire. Regardless of refund eligibility, any unused class credits will remain available until all classes included in the bundle have been completed.
