3. Course Registration and Payment

Courses must be registered through our website or authorized partners. Payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise arranged.

• Refunds & Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 3 prior to a scheduled class may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations may not be refunded. Full refund and reschedule policies are detailed at checkout.

• Class Changes: We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to weather, emergencies, or low enrollment. A full refund or alternate date will be offered in such cases.

All content provided by Summit View Survival—including course materials, logos, photos, and website content—is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any of our content without prior written consent.

 

5. Risk Acknowledgment and Safety

By enrolling in our courses or participating in activities, you acknowledge that survival training and outdoor activities carry inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks related to participation and agree to follow all safety instructions provided.

Summit View Survival and its instructors are not liable for injuries or losses sustained during training unless due to gross negligence or misconduct.
