Refund Policy

At Summit View Survival & Preparedness, we strive to deliver high-quality training and exceptional service. We understand that sometimes plans change, so we’ve developed a fair and clear refund policy for our courses and services.

 

1. Course Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations by Participant:

  • 7 or more days before the scheduled class: You may cancel for a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

  • 3–6 days before the scheduled class: You are eligible for a 50% refund or a one-time reschedule to a future date.

  • Less than 72 hours before the class or no-show: No refund will be issued. A rescheduling fee may apply if space allows in a future session.

 

Cancellations by Summit View Survival:

  • If we need to cancel or postpone a class due to weather, instructor illness, low enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:

    • A full refund, or

    • A credit to reschedule at a later date of your choosing

 

2. Private Training and Consulting

Cancellations for private sessions must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations may be subject to a partial refund or rescheduling fee, depending on the circumstances and prep time already invested.

 

3. Gift Certificates and Prepaid Packages

Gift certificates and prepaid class packages are non-refundable, but they do not expire and may be transferred to another person with written notice.

 

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or reschedule a class, please contact us at:

Include your name, order confirmation (if applicable), and the course/session you wish to cancel. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

 

5. Exceptions

In cases of documented emergencies (medical, family, etc.), we may waive rescheduling fees or extend refund eligibility at our discretion. We aim to be fair and understanding.
